Welcome to
B&P Holiday

Bansko is a town at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, part of the Pirin National Park in south-western Bulgaria. It serves as a gateway to numerous ski and snowboard slopes on the slopes of the Todorka peak, including the difficult Tomba descent. Footpaths criss-cross the rugged alpine landscape, which is home to bears and wolves. The park is known for the Wichren peak at high altitude with forested ridges and impressive glacial lakes.
The city is approx. 160 km from Sofia and approx. 220 km from Thessaloniki Greece 🇬🇷

With over 70 kilometers of slopes, Bansko is one of the most important ski resorts in Bulgaria and Eastern Europe. Thanks to numerous investments since the 2000s, the resort in the south of Bulgaria and close to the border with Greece offers a convenient and modern infrastructure. Located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it also boasts a unique location. On a clear day, skiers can enjoy views as far as the Aegean Sea.
The gondola lift takes you uphill from Bansko. At the middle station, the two Chalin Valog slopes (no. 15 and 16) are the first two short runs. However, skiers should continue on the gondola to reach the majority of the slopes. Once at the mountain station, numerous kilometers of slopes open up towards Todorka (2,746m).
For beginners, there are several blue-marked slopes along the Shiligarnik lift. If you switch to the Plato lift at its mountain station, you reach the highest point of the ski area at 2,600 meters. Beginners can also enjoy the view on the blue-marked Plato pistes (no. 3 and 11) and even make their turns from the highest point down to the valley on easy slopes. There is also a fun park for all freestylers on piste no. 11.
Those looking for a sporting challenge on the mountain can take the Banderitza lifts. They lead to some medium-difficulty runs on the slopes of Todorka. The Tomba slope (no. 9) starts at the middle station. Over 2.5 kilometers - and with a further 1.2-kilometer variant - it also demands a lot from professionals. No wonder, as it is named after the Italian skier Alberto Tomba. The slope is also FIS-certified, meaning that World Cup races are regularly held here.
